Thank you for choosing Claymi ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Our Website:

  • You may use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of our website.

2. Product Orders:

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

Any order placed by you on this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price shown on this website at the time of purchase. Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have provided accurate and complete information for the purchase.

Claymi retains ownership of the products until full payment has been made on the products. Proceeding successful payment, all risk in the products is passed onto the customer. 

An order will not commence any processing by us until we have 1) received the payment in full and 2) the order has passed our internal validations procedures. 

Acceptance of each order will take place if and when we 1) provide the goods to you and 2) notify you in writing that your order has been processed and accepted.

3. Product Information:

  • We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date information about our products on our website. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, pricing, or other information on our website.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • The colours and appearance of products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to differences in computer monitors and other factors beyond our control.

The manual formation of our products may give rise to tiny defects such as minor  bumps or marks such as small black spots, bubbles, pinholes, etc. Such defects are unavoidable and do not affect household use. These elements are not considered major defects which warrant a refund.

4. Pricing and Payment:

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) (inclusive of GST) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment for orders is processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) through secure payment gateways. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only, as indicated on our website.
  • Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the delivery destination and shipping method selected during checkout. We make every effort to fulfil orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

7. Product Usage, Care and Safety:

  • DIY air-dry clay kits are intended for personal use only. By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines as outlined in our Usage, Care and Safety page. You acknowledge that air-dry clay may stain, and we are not responsible for any damage or injury that may result from improper use of the Products.

  • Some kits may contain small parts or materials that could pose a choking hazard to children. These products are not intended for children under 13 years old. All individuals under 18 years old operating a kit requires full adult supervision.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Claymi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

In the event our Intellectual Property is breached, we will hold you entirely accountable for any resulting loss incurred, and additionally, you will be held responsible for any profits obtained from such unauthorised and improper use. Claymi reserves the right to refuse access to our website, services, or information to any individual at our sole discretion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or the purchase of products from us. Our total liability for any claims related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the products or services
